Perfect Pad Thai Reciepe (click here for the recipe)

  • soak 100g of dried rice noodles in hot water until soft, drain and set aside.
  • heat 3 tbsp of vegetable oil in a wok, add 3 beaten eggs and stir fry until golden brown.
  • add the rice noodles and 100g of Pad Thai sauce.
  • add 150g bean sprouts, some chive and 6 cooked prawns.
  • stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • garnish with coriander and roasted peanuts.
