Braised Pork Belly or Chicken

A favourite of Chairman Mao, Chinese red braised pork is rich, sticky, savoury- sweet and very delicious!

  • Sauté ingredients like chicken wings or pork belly pieces in oil with ginger until golden.
  • Add 1 portion of Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce and 5 portions of water
  • cover and bring to boil. Simmer until ingredients are cooked.
  • Lastly cook over high heat to thicken the sauce.
