Made with first extract soy sauce fermented by non-GM soybeans, the sauce is rich in taste with strong aroma and helps to braise the food to reddish-brown colour. You can stir fry the ingredients e.g. meat or vegetables and then stir in the sauce to make different signature red braising dishes such as Braised Pork Belly at home.
Braised Pork Belly or Chicken
- Sauté ingredients like chicken wings or pork belly pieces in oil with ginger until golden.
- Add 1 portion of Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce and 5 portions of water
- cover and bring to boil. Simmer until ingredients are cooked.
- Lastly cook over high heat to thicken the sauce.
