Mama Sita’s Vegetarian Oyster Sauce boasts a full-bodied flavor that can stand alone as a sauce for Asian dishes.

Ingredients: Water, cane sugar, soy sauce [GMO-free (soy, E150a solorante, salt and water)], salt, flavor enhancer E621, modified starch, colour E150a, flavor enhancers: E631, E627, preservative E200 and natural yeast extract.
Allergens: Contains soy
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shake before using.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.

Cooking instructions:

  • Sauté 1 tablespoon of minced ginger in 2 tablespoons of oil. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, trying not to turn brown.
  • Increase the heat and add 120 g of halved mushrooms and sauté for 3 more minutes. Add 200 g of asparagus (in 5 cm pieces) and 3 tablespoons (45 g) of Mama Sita's Vegetarian Oyster Sauce and stir/fry for 30 seconds.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cornstarch dissolved in 62.50 ml of water and cook over low heat until the sauce thickens.
  • Finally add 250 g of soft tofu cut into 1.25 cm cubes and cook for another 15 seconds.
